OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

• Train and certify employees on DOT urine collection and DOT Breath Alcohol
• DOT urine and BAT collection
• Blood work 
• Vitamin injections
• Occupational injury management
• Medical management to include prescriptions, blood work, collaboration with employee primary care provider (PCP) if needed, referral as needed, acute and chronic illness management, telehealth for other employees not on the job site, assisting safety representatives with injury mitigation and triage
• DOT physicals – included in this is assisting employees with scanning to state licensing board
• Mobile Fully Stocked Medical Trailer
